The Senior Account Executive is the catalyst behind Genesys’ success as an organization.
We are looking for someone able to lead through a passion for great CX, Cloud and SaaS innovation and commitment to results.
As a consultative sales professional, the Senior Account Executive will maintain and expand relationships with strategically important clients in the Hospitality, Healthcare, and Retail sectors.
Assigned to a number of key accounts, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and acquiring new business from both prospects and existing clients within the SEA and Indo-China regions, with a primary focus on the Thailand market.
You will own all opportunities and customers and be responsible for coordinating resources and managing the sales campaign across the entire opportunity pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for Genesys Cloud solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in assigned accounts
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of Genesys AI and automation solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and Genesys product developments
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts
- Participate in industry events and conferences to promote Genesys solutions
Minimum Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably in cloud-based solutions
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Fluency in English and Thai, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, is a must. Proficiency in other Southeast Asian (SEA) languages is an advantage.
- Strong presentation and public speaking abilities
- Experience in solution selling and consultative sales approaches
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales productivity tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to travel to Thailand, and other locations as the business requires
Desirable Skills:
- Experience selling to or working with clients in Hospitality, Healthcare, or Retail industries
- Knowledge of contact center operations and customer experience technologies
- Familiarity with AI and automation concepts in business applications
- Understanding of workforce engagement management solutions
- Experience with Salesforce CRM
- Able to communicate (written/verbal) and present in both English and Thai
- MBA or relevant advanced degree
