Administrative Assistant - Up to $2,500 – Near Bartley MRT - SIMPLE DUTIES - Bukit Merah
- Location : Joo Seng
- Working hours : 5 Days Work Week - Monday to Friday: 9.00AM to 6.00PM
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $2,500 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 10 Days Annual Leave (Additional 1 day every year, capped at 14 Days)

Responsibilities:
- Assist to delegate daily maintenance work schedule to supervisors/team leaders
- Assist to maintain customers’ record in system
- Call or liaise with customers to confirm maintenance appointments
- Able to handle customers’ feedback and complaints
- Update daily service records to computer & filing of records
- In charge of lift contract renewal to customers prior to expiry of existing contract
- Assist to manage office stationeries & office equipment & consumables
- Assist to support inventory management
- General filing and correspondence
- Answer & screen phone calls
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum O Levels Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of admin experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
