Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive secretarial and operational support to the CEO and Senior Management, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Schedule, prepare, and circulate agendas, meeting minutes, reports, and presentations.
- Act as the communication bridge between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Manage administrative tasks, from welcoming visitors to booking executive travel, handling expense claims, and organizing lunch meetings.
- Maintain document storage and oversee document destruction processes.
- Aligning with assistants from parent company for document preparation and Board of Directors' meetings.
- Coordinate maintenance and facility needs, liaising with vendors to ensure a well-functioning workplace.
Requirements:
- Min. ‘A’ Levels/Diploma Qualification
- Tech-Savvy – Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong Administrative Skills – Experience in organizing, filing, scheduling, and managing office tasks efficiently.
- Independent & Team Player – Able to work autonomously while collaborating seamlessly with the team.
