Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial and operational support to the CEO and Senior Management, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Schedule, prepare, and circulate agendas, meeting minutes, reports, and presentations.
  • Act as the communication bridge between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Manage administrative tasks, from welcoming visitors to booking executive travel, handling expense claims, and organizing lunch meetings.
  • Maintain document storage and oversee document destruction processes.
  • Aligning with assistants from parent company for document preparation and Board of Directors' meetings.
  • Coordinate maintenance and facility needs, liaising with vendors to ensure a well-functioning workplace.

Requirements:

  • Min. ‘A’ Levels/Diploma Qualification
  • Tech-Savvy – Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong Administrative Skills – Experience in organizing, filing, scheduling, and managing office tasks efficiently.
  • Independent & Team Player – Able to work autonomously while collaborating seamlessly with the team.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple responsibilities.
