Sales Engineer (Rail Construction) - Choa Chu Kang
Salary Range: $4,500 - $6,000
We are looking for a Sales Engineer with Quantity Surveying (QS) expertise to join a growing company in the rail and construction industry. This role focuses on sales, business development, tendering, and cost estimation to support project acquisition and execution.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to secure projects.
- Prepare and present project proposals, tenders, and technical sales presentations.
- Conduct cost estimation, budget analysis, and BOQ preparation.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to align project execution.
- Monitor projects to ensure compliance with contract terms and budget constraints.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, and quantity surveying within the construction industry.
- Proven track record in securing contracts, cost estimation, and tendering.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
