Content Creator - Geylang
About the role
We are seeking a creative and hands-on Content Creator with strong video editing capabilities to produce compelling content for our social media platforms. This role is responsible for ideating, creating and editing engaging visuals and videos, managing our social media communities, and supporting marketing initiatives through content creation and community engagement.
Content Creation & Management- Create and produce daily content for various social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, XHS, Lemon8 & more)
- Design visual content using Canva/design tools
- Write engaging captions and social copy
- Responsible for video production from start to finish (i.e. conceptualisation, storyboard, scripting, filming & post-editing).
- Apply creative techniques and critical thinking to deliver engaging, on-brand videos.
- Analyze content performance and adjust strategies to improve engagement, reach, and conversion
- Coordinate photo/video shoots
- Maintain brand voice consistency
- Monitor and manage all social media platforms
- Respond to comments and DMs promptly
- Build and engage with online community
- Handle customer inquiries via social channels
- Track community sentiment and feedback
- Report community insights to management
- Monitor social media metrics
- Manage day-to-day influencer relationships
- Execute influencer campaigns
- Track influencer deliverables and performance
- Maintain influencer database
- Support influencer content creation
- Report on campaign results
- Execute content needs for marketing campaigns
- Support Public Relations content requirements
- Implement SEO recommendations in content
- Track and report content performance
- Support email marketing initiatives
- 2-3 years experience in content creation and social media management
- Proficiency in Canva and basic design tools
- Experience with video editing
- Strong creative thinking, storytelling and copywriting skills in English and Mandarin.
- Experience with social media management tools
- Knowledge of beauty/aesthetics industry will be an advantage
- Candidates are encouraged to submit a portfolio consisting of Instagram Reels or Stories, TikTok, or YouTube videos to showcase their experience and creativity.
- Creative mindset with strong aesthetic sense
- Expertise in short-form video content and understanding of viral trends
