Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning & Execution:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the acquisition, leasing, and development of retail and commercial spaces to support the growth of ABR Holdings' F&B brands.
  • Identify and evaluate potential locations and development opportunities, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and business objectives.
  1. Market Analysis & Site Selection:
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, prime retail locations, and development opportunities.
  • Evaluate and recommend sites based on foot traffic, demographics, competition, and potential for revenue generation.
  1. Negotiation & Contract Management:
  • Lead negotiations with landlords, property agents, and developers to secure favorable lease and development terms.
  • Draft, review, and manage lease and development agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
  1. Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, property developers, real estate agents, and sustainability partners.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all leasing and development-related inquiries and issues.
  1. Collaborative Engagement:
  • Work closely with Business Unit Heads, including GMs and CEOs, to integrate brand-specific needs, strategic goals, and sustainability initiatives into real estate decisions.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration to ensure alignment across various business units.
  1. Asset Management & Sustainability:
  • Oversee the management and optimization of real estate assets to maximize value and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement sustainability initiatives in alignment with company goals, ensuring environmentally responsible real estate practices.
  1. Pricing Evaluation & Benchmarking:
  • Conduct regular benchmarking of rental rates, development costs, and sustainability metrics to ensure competitiveness and cost-effectiveness.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on leasing, development, and sustainability strategies.
  1. Reporting & Analysis:
  • Prepare detailed reports on leasing, development activities, market trends, and financial performance of real estate assets.
  • Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior management and business unit leadership.
