Contract Type: Full-Time, 11 Months

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and logistical assistance for events and workshops.
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution.

• Assist in the curation and coordination of marketing content for digital campaigns.
• Work with external vendors to execute and track digital marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights for optimization.

• Consolidate and generate monthly website traffic reports
• Track and analyze key marketing metrics, including SEO performance and social media engagement.
• Support marketing report consolidation for management review.

• Manage documentation, reporting, and records related to marketing activities.
• Assist with ad hoc marketing and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with digital marketing, SEO, and website traffic analytics (Google Analytics preferred) is an advantage.
• Familiarity with social media marketing (LinkedIn, YouTube) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
