Provide excellent client service while troubleshooting client issues via phone, remote tools and e-mail on various OS platform such as Window, linux and Mac OS

Follow up with users, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution via inhouse ticketing system
Understand various OS platform as Window, linux and Mac OS and networking
Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers’ expectations
Performs minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment according to company standards if required
Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure
Recommend procedure modifications or improvements
Preserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, products and services
Maintains company accounts and IT inventory records.

QUALIFICATIONS

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Windows Server OS, Network Solutions, Backup Solutions
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
