Jewellery Store, Assistant Manager - Toa Payoh

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Jewellery Store Assistant Manager to join our team in the Central Region. In this full-time role, you will play a key part in the day-to-day operations of our flagship jewellery store, supporting the Store Manager to ensure exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing the smooth running of all store operations
• Lead and motivate the store team to deliver outstanding customer service
• Effectively manage and schedule staff to ensure optimal store coverage
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Monitor and analyse store performance data to identify areas for improvement
• Support the implementation of marketing and promotional campaigns
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and legal requirements
• Assist with inventory management and stock control

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a retail management role, preferably within the jewellery or luxury goods industry
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales and service targets
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Working knowledge of retail operations, inventory management and loss prevention
• Passion for the jewellery industry and a keen eye for detail
