Toa Payoh - Warehouse operations executive

Responsibilities:
- To communicate and coordinate with warehouse operation team according to customer requirements.
- Communication with customer to receive orders and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Oversee day-to-day operation activities (inbound and outbound and operation activities) to ensure Logistics / Distribution operations meet the customer’s expectation
- Assist with daily transportation arrangement.
- Support Team work on daily reporting such as inventory report, warehouse and distribution tracking report..
- To tally inventory with Singapore custom record, products inventory and make sure the accuracy between physical stocks and system quantity.
- Assist in any other duties as required
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years' experience in warehouse operation and supervising warehouse staff
- Diploma or Degree in Logistic Management / Supply Chain / Business Management
- Proficient in computer skills ie. MS Office, Excel, SAP and WMS
