Job Responsibilities

Deliver collaterals development for the casino marketing and Genting Rewards Programs as directed by creative briefs
Work with marketing agencies and associated stakeholders to ensure timely activation of marketing materials
Update the communication program in line with the marketing calendar
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures and regulatory requirements
Update SOP to ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures and regulatory requirements as required
Coordinate and organise the execution of the approved marketing plans within approved budget and timeline
Coordinate on the production, installation and removal of marketing collaterals developed by Business Development team

Job Requirements

Meet the relevant Regulatory Authority's statutory requirement of minimum 21 years of age
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience in content development and creative marketing
Strong understanding of branding, messaging, and communications strategies
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in the gaming industry is a plus
Proficiency with CRM systems and digital marketing platforms is desirable
Highly organized and able to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
Meticulous, with keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining brand consistency
