The Project Sales Manager will be responsible in developing sales of our Premium Range of Kitchen Appliances in Singapore and our overseas markets.

Job Description

Responsible for Project Sales Activities in Singapore and Asia by approaching Developers, Importers, Consultants, Architects and Contractors to secure sales specifically in the real estate and housing segment
Develop Business Strategies and Pipelines to achieve Sales Targets
To Expand customer base by developing and pursuing new clients and establishing new partnerships
To manage the sales process from end to end (submission of quotation, site meetings, payments, trainings and etc.)
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends
Any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Sales or related field
Minimum of 5 years sales experience
Strong professional network of the Real Estate Industry is an added advantage
Experienced in business plan, forecasting and budgeting
Willingness to travel for work (at least once a month)
