Audio Visual Project Manager (1 Year Contract) - Bukit Merah

• Monday to Friday: 8am-6pm (1 hour lunch break)

Job Objective:

As an AV Technical Project Manager in the Collaboration Solutions team, you will be expected to use your knowledge of Audio-Visual software and hardware technology and collaboration solutions to help engineer the next generation of application and infrastructure services for our global workforce.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design, implementation, and commissioning of capital AV projects, ensuring they meet or exceed quality and performance standards across our APAC offices.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align AV projects with broader
• organizational objectives.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for AV systems and processes, ensuring clarity and accessibility for all stakeholders.
• Attend weekly project meetings to provide updates on the AV workstream.
• Manage and oversee AV vendors, from the procurement process to project delivery.
• Supervise testing, observation, commissioning, and addressing deficiencies.
• Provide training and support to end-users, enhancing their ability to effectively utilize AV technologies.

• Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 support for video conferencing and collaboration solutions in collaboration with the operations team.
• Provide support and resolve issues with video conferencing solutions such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
• Provide support for a suite of collaboration tools, including Microsoft Copilot and other emerging AI technologies, to enhance productivity and efficiency.

• Lead technology pilot programs to evaluate new AV solutions, ensuring a thorough assessment of their functionality, scalability, and impact on user experience.
• Provide comprehensive feedback and recommendations based on pilot outcomes.

Need to Have:

• Project management fundamentals including but not limited to budget & scheduling planning and monitoring, communication, stakeholder management, execution, commissioning and project closure
• 5 to 10 years of experience in commercial AV gained from a corporate environment
• Experience in AV technology design for space enhancement projects
• Experience in deployment of digital virtual solutions such as One-drive, whiteboarding, and products in the Microsoft suite
• Good understanding of today’s AV technology and trend in the market
• Proven track record in initiating & leading different experimental pilot projects to identify the best available solutions
• Implementation experience within general office, conference spaces, training facilities, event spaces and more
• Experience in IPTV and Digital Signage solutions, lifecycle management and advanced configuration
• Experience in global deployments of AV systems and technologies
• Advanced knowledge of video conference tools and troubleshooting (Zoom, MS Teams, etc.)
• Audio DSP, video processing, control system platform proficiency (i.e. Biamp, Q-Sys, Extron, Crestron)
• Solid understanding of network topology
• Good interpersonal skills including networking, collaboration, communication, time management, being able to adapt to different audiences, environments, and cultures
• Ability to be flexible, and to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with remote management of AV vendors
• Experience with technology lifecycle planning
• A solid understanding of virtual event-based software solutions
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
