Product Specialist
My client, a renowned German pharmaceutical MNC, is currently experiencing a remarkable expansion of its business in APAC region. They are seeking a Product Specialist with sales experience to join the team. The successful candidate will partner with the Sales & Marketing Team and healthcare professionals to drive sales and margin targets.
Job Description- Attain sales objectives by proactively pursuing fresh business prospects whilst introducing new products to healthcare institution.
- Identify leads, implement strategies, gather market data, and monitor sales performance.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of customer needs, challenges, competition, and industry trends.
- Manage and maintain existing business, including contracts, quotations, tenders, and customer relationships.
- Foster strong relationships with decision-makers across all levels.
- Share feedback and best practices in sales workshops to enhance performance and gather market intelligence for solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration or relevant is preferred.
- At least 2+ sales experience in pharma sector.
- Sales-driven with excellent interpersonal skills and adaptable to new exposures in marketing, digital, analytics, and innovation.
- Strong skills in presenting and communicating, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
