We are looking for a Digital Marketing Market Development Executive (MDE) to lead a critical strategic initiative for Capgemini Financial Services. This role involves working with leading Financial Services brands and their CMOs to help achieve their growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy & Execution:
o Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the digital marketing business across Financial Services customers in Continental Europe.
o Drive revenue growth by identifying and shaping deals proactively with accounts and clients.- Client Engagement & Relationship Building:
o Build strong relationships with CMOs and other senior stakeholders in marketing departments of Financial Services firms.
o Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, understanding clients' marketing challenges and objectives.- Solution Development:
o Create customized solutions across strategy, technology, data, and operations to address client needs and drive business outcomes.
o Collaborate with technical, data consulting, and operations teams to develop comprehensive proposals and presentations.- Portfolio Growth:
o Ensure profitable growth of the overall portfolio, integrating strategy, technology, data, and operations.
o Bring strategic thinking and execution discipline to drive portfolio growth across the client base.- Alliance Partnerships:
- Market Insights & Innovation:
- Pipeline Management:
o Track sales activities, manage the pipeline, and provide regular updates to senior management.

Key Skills and Requirements- Education & Experience:
o Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
o Minimum of 15 years of experience in digital marketing, Martech consulting, or strategy.- Expertise:
o Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
o Experience in consultative and solution-oriented selling.- Communication & Relationship Management:
o Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
o Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level stakeholders.- Personal Attributes:
o Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
o Strategic thinker with the ability to execute plans effectively.- Flexibility:
o Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
