Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
Create and manage engaging marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the smooth execution of campaigns and follow-ups.
Analyze sales and marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications:

Proven 3 years experience in sales and marketing.
Class 3 License
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Creative, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools (SEO, Google Analytics, Social Media platforms, etc.).
