About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join VINCAR as an Executive Assistant. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative and executive support to our senior leadership team. Your ability to anticipate needs, prioritise tasks, and manage complex schedules will be essential to the success of this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive-level administrative support, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.
  • Manage and prioritise incoming correspondence and communications on behalf of executives.
  • Assist with preparation of presentations, reports, and other business documents
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and execution of tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Support the overall operations of the business and perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software. Experience with project management tools is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proactive and resourceful in identifying and resolving problems.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
