Talent Acquisition Specialist | Changi | Up to $5,000 - Toa Payoh

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 830am to 6pm; Friday 830am to 530pm

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the HR Business Partners and divisional stakeholders on matters relating to manpower planning, developing and implementing effective strategies in attracting talents;
• Proactively build and maintain a sustainable talent pipeline to meet current and future manpower needs;
• Participate in the full recruitment cycle, not limited to the placement of job advertisements, sourcing, coordinating and conducting of interviews, making recommendations to the hiring managers, preparing salary proposals, making job offers and negotiation, preparing contracts and on-boarding of new hires etc.
• Utilise social media, professional networks and other alternative channels in sourcing for talents;
• Participate in outreach activities such as career fairs, networking sessions etc.
• Consolidate and analyse recruitment related information / statistics and develop action plans to tackle the issues;
• Ensure work practices are in compliance with regulations (eg. FCF, PDPA, TAFEP), employment laws, and related policies;
• Manage the aspects of exit, retirement and re-employment; and

Requirements:

• Training in Human Resource Management / Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of working experience with relevant knowledge in recruitment and familiar with process of scheduling interviews, engaging applicants and making job offers.
• Ability to understand current and future trends that may impact recruitment
• Prior HR experience in the public sector and in managing internship and scholarship programmes will be an added advantage
