• Quality System Champion: Sustain and strengthen the Quality Management System, ensuring top-tier standards across all operations.
• Audit Excellence: Deploy and maintain an effective internal Quality Audit system, safeguarding compliance and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Quality Culture Builder: Lead quality initiatives such as PFMEA, mistake proofing, and Statistical Process Control to foster a Zero Defects culture.
• Performance Optimizer: Drive continuous improvement in site Quality performance, focusing on reducing escapes and enhancing Right First Time metrics.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Maintain strong communication with customers, internal teams, and vendors to align quality expectations and outcomes.
• Data-Driven Problem Solver: Analyze process and product outputs to identify systemic issues and drive process improvements towards zero-defect quality.
• Best Practice Advocate: Actively participate in the Quality Council team to share and implement company-wide best practices.
• Root Cause Analysis Leader: Spearhead robust investigations and implement effective preventive actions to address quality issues.
• Audit Program Manager: Develop and maintain an effective product and process audit program, ensuring timely resolution of findings.
• Supplier Quality Manager: Oversee and enhance the quality performance of suppliers to maintain supply chain excellence.
• Team Leader and Mentor: Lead, coach, and develop a team of Quality Engineers, fostering growth and expertise within the department.

• Engineering Background: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, providing a solid foundation for understanding complex manufacturing processes.
• Quality Expert: 8 years of Quality experience in manufacturing, preferably in aerospace or precision engineering, with 3 years leading a Quality team.
• Six Sigma Certified: Green Belt certification, demonstrating proficiency in quality improvement methodologies.
• Quality Tool Proficiency: Strong skills in various Quality tools and techniques to drive process excellence.
• Change Agent: Proven leadership effectiveness in fast-paced production environments, with the ability to drive urgent Quality improvements.
• Systems Thinker: Possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to see the big picture in complex situations.
• Effective Communicator: Able to engage and motivate a multicultural workforce at all levels of the organization.
