What you'll do:
As a Compliance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Central Compliance team on a wide range of compliance matters. You will collaborate closely with local/regional colleagues from various departments in interpreting laws and regulations, implementing internal policies and controls to mitigate any compliance risks.Your responsibilities will include reviewing applications made under Compliance Policies, conducting induction training for new hires, preparing reports for the Head Office, performing Compliance Reviews, among others.
- Provide guidance on matters relating to Compliance Policies and Procedures
- Review applications made under Compliance Policies
- Assist in tracking training completion and maintenance of employee training records
- Conduct Compliance induction training for new hires
- Prepare and coordinate submission of reports to Head Office
- Perform Compliance Review in accordance with Compliance Review Program
- Assist with Control Room matters, including management of conflict of interest, information barrier, wall-crossing
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Compliance Analyst role brings 1-2 years' experience in a Compliance/Audit function. You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications and have excellent communication skills that allow you to positively influence others.As a detail-oriented self-starter, you can work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Your high degree of judgement and problem-solving skills will be key to your success in this role.
- 1 - 2 years' work experience in a Compliance / Audit function
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) applications
- Detail-oriented and self-starter
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Good communication skills with the ability to positively influence others
- High degree of judgement and good problem-solving skills
