Key Responsibilities:

Machine Learning & Predictive Analytics:

• Develop and implement machine learning models for medical diagnostics, predictive analytics, and personalized healthcare solutions.
• Apply deep learning techniques to analyze medical imaging, genomic data, and patient records.
• Optimize algorithms for real-time healthcare applications and decision support systems.

Data Analysis & Insights Generation:

• Work with structured and unstructured medical data to extract meaningful insights.
• Develop statistical models to enhance clinical decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Design and conduct experiments to validate data-driven hypotheses in healthcare.

Data Engineering & Management:

• Collaborate with data engineers to process, clean, and integrate large-scale healthcare datasets.
• Ensure data quality, compliance, and security in alignment with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, GDPR).
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for AI-driven healthcare applications.

Collaboration & Research:

• Work closely with doctors, researchers, and product teams to translate medical challenges into data-driven solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and healthcare technology.
• Publish research papers and contribute to industry conferences where relevant.

Requirements:

• Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Bioinformatics, or a related field.
• At least 5+ years of experience in data science, preferably in the healthcare or MedTech sector.
• Strong proficiency in Python, R, or Julia for data analysis and machine learning.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Knowledge of healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7) and regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with cloud computing (AWS, GCP, Azure) and big data technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in interdisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.
