Get to know the Role
We're looking for a Lead Software Engineer(Flutter) who's excited to shape the merchant advertiser experience across the Grab platform. Your work will help merchant partners better understand their performance, optimize their presence, and make data-informed decisions — all through beautiful, performant mobile experiences.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform- You'll contribute to the development of new features and improvements for our mobile applications, ensuring they are, perform well, and provide a great user experience.
- You'll write reusable, scalable, and testable code, ensuring that products are delivered on time and with high quality.
- You'll participate in maintaining existing mobile applications, which includes bug fixing and performance enhancements.
- You'll write unit and integration tests, collaborating with QAs to ensure our app releases earn five-star ratings.
- You'll work with product and design teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- You'll participate in agile development and project management processes, including planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and task estimations, coordinating with team members to ensure project delivery.
