As an ERP Business Analyst, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Conduct workshops with key stakeholders to understand business objectives.
• Develop a project charter that outlines how the ERP implementation will support these goals.
• Collaborate with departments to gather detailed functional and technical requirements.
• Create use cases and process flow diagrams to visualize current and desired workflows.
• Define user roles and permissions based on business needs.
• Establish a process for onboarding new users and managing access.
• Set up a helpdesk system for reporting ERP-related issues.
• Develop a priority matrix to address critical issues swiftly.
• Use tools like SWOT analysis or process mapping to identify inefficiencies.
• Propose and implement changes that enhance productivity and reduce redundancies.
• Create a detailed project plan with milestones, deadlines, and resource allocation.
• Use project management tools to track progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Schedule regular meetings with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
• Use collaborative tools to share information and updates in real-time.
• Develop a triage system for service and change requests.
• Work closely with the IT Project Manager to monitor SLA compliance from the vendor.
• Create testing scenarios based on real business processes.
• Gather feedback from users and refine the application as necessary.
• Develop a training program that includes hands-on sessions, tutorials, and user manuals.
• Implement a feedback mechanism to improve training effectiveness.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of all ERP processes, configurations, and changes.
• Create a centralized repository for easy access by all team members.
• Utilize built-in reporting tools to generate standard and ad-hoc reports.
• Collaborate with finance teams to develop reports that align with their requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or any related field.
• More than 3 years of experiences as ERP Business Analyst or similar role (Finance module).
• Knowledge of ERP Systems and good knowledge in process and workflow mapping and analysis.
