- Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm
- Contract Duration: 6 Months Contract (Maternity Cover)
Job Descriptions:
- Handle the full set of accounts, including month-end closing activities.
- Prepare accurate financial statements for HQ reporting
- Prepare balance sheet intercompany reconciliations.
- Assist, manage and maintain fixed asset register.
- Prepare and submit quarterly GST reports, annual income tax filing, withholding tax, etc.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants on audit and taxation matters, including preparing audit and tax schedules and supporting documents.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and credit control management.
- Handle employee expense claim via Concur.
- Perform other related ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Qualification and Skills:
- Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work efficiently.
- Team player with professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to fulfil time-critical tasks on time, keep schedules and deadlines..
- Strong Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Navision, Blackline, Hyperion
