Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Admin to manage our imports, exports, and local logistics operations for a leading brand in retail industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales administration, logistics, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate imports, exports, and local logistics operations
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws governing imports and exports
Provide sales support and customer service to clients
Process sales orders, invoices, and other related documents
Maintain accurate records and reports on sales, inventory, and logistics operations
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve logistics and sales-related issues
Identify opportunities to improve logistics and sales processes

Requirements:

Relevant experience as sales admin or related field
Strong knowledge of imports, exports, and local logistics regulations and procedures
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Email writing skills
