Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate imports, exports, and local logistics operations
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws governing imports and exports
- Provide sales support and customer service to clients
- Process sales orders, invoices, and other related documents
- Maintain accurate records and reports on sales, inventory, and logistics operations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve logistics and sales-related issues
- Identify opportunities to improve logistics and sales processes
Requirements:
- Relevant experience as sales admin or related field
- Strong knowledge of imports, exports, and local logistics regulations and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Email writing skills
