Job Overview:

The Business Development Executive will play a key role in driving new business, identifying potential clients, and expanding the agency’s reach. You will be responsible for generating new leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the growth and success of the business.

You’ll work closely with our recruitment team to ensure the best candidates are placed with clients, helping them meet their staffing needs.

The Challenges:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and target new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Develop and present tailored recruitment solutions, negotiate contracts, and close sales effectively to meet revenue targets.
  • Lead Generation: Develop a strong pipeline of potential clients through outbound efforts and follow-ups.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and innovative solutions for clients.
  • Collaboration with Recruitment Teams: Work closely with recruitment consultants to understand clients’ needs and provide them with suitable talent.
  • Reporting: Track sales activities and client interactions, and report on progress against targets.

What It Takes:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the recruitment or staffing industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to exceed targets and achieve success.
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting business relationships.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and industry knowledge is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (Salesforce or similar).
