Overview and purpose of the position
The Lead, System Analyst is responsible for developing and implementing IT strategies that align with business goals, leveraging technological trends to enhance efficiency and streamline processes. The individual will lead the planning, development, and execution of all IT-related work plans and projects.This role requires a blend of technical expertise , leadership acumen, and strategic foresight to drive IT initiatives that can further expand Diagnostics' business reach to all potential clients.
Main responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and plan new polyclinic instrument IT connectivity, oversee all testing, and ensure timely delivery.
- Cross-department Collaboration: Work with other departments (e.g., for cross-institutional referral of Imaging services, intra- and inter-cluster blood collection workflow) on IT work plans to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Technology Evaluation: Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and assess their potential application and impact on Diagnostics operations, integrating new solutions where beneficial (e.g., onboarding AI platforms for radiology reporting).
- Change Management: Ensure effective change communication.
- Business as Usual (BAU) IT Activities: Oversee BAU IT activities, ensuring full compliance with GITO requirements, budgeting, and resource management.
