Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Admin to manage our imports, exports, and local logistics operations for a leading brand in retail industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales administration, logistics, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate imports, exports, and local logistics operations
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws governing imports and exports
• Provide sales support and customer service to clients
• Process sales orders, invoices, and other related documents
• Maintain accurate records and reports on sales, inventory, and logistics operations
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve logistics and sales-related issues
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics and sales processes

Requirements:

• Relevant experience as sales admin or related field
• Strong knowledge of imports, exports, and local logistics regulations and procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Email writing skills
