Job Description:

Internal communications

Curate content on the staff intranet to enhance employee engagement
Manage staff newsletter and townhalls to update staff on happenings across the Group

External communications

Build the CGSI Group profile by promoting its achievements, initiatives and thought leadership through various platforms including media, social media, website, events etc
Craft various forms of externally focused communications, including blog posts, social media content, press releases, pitch decks, collaborative partnership announcements etc.
Media management and monitoring
Manage website content and pitch decks
Oversee award submissions
Manage social media (LinkedIn) for the Group

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Mass Communication, Corporate Communications or related field
4-5 years of Group Communications experience
Language proficiency: English and Mandarin to liaise with our China counterparts
Corporate communications (internal and external)
Proficiency in design and image editing software will be an advantage
Experience in crafting various forms of internally and externally focused communications, including blog posts, social media content, press releases, staff announcements etc.
Keen understanding of media, social media working and landscape.
Resourceful and adaptable, with an attention to detail.
CVs with experience from the banking and finance industry will be prioritized.
