Senior Product Manager (Finance/Game Focus)

Job Description:

We are a dynamic software development company specializing in providing tailored internet solutions for e-commerce, finance, and other industries. We are seeking a skilled Senior Product Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our growing team.

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for guiding business teams in ensuring profitability and maximizing KPIs, while creating applications with excellent user experiences. He / She will work closely with overseas client’s business teams, data analytics, and marketing, with help from the Director of Product Management.

Produce high-quality product documentation. Facilitate team knowledge sharing and experience retention to enhance organizational capabilities.

Requirements:

Experience and Professional Expertise:

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager or Product Expert.
• Proficient in managing the full product lifecycle from 0 to 1 and scaling from 1 to 100.
• Must have experience in finance and/or game industries, with in-depth knowledge of product development, market trends, and user needs in this sector.

Business Sensitivity:

• High sensitivity to industry and market dynamics in finance and/or game.
• Ability to quickly identify user needs and business pain points and propose innovative solutions.

Data Analysis and Decision-Making:

• Proficient in data-driven decision-making and developing key product metric systems.

• Strong logical thinking, excellent communication skills, and cross-department collaboration abilities.
