As a Senior Technology DevOps Engineer , you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Collaborate with the Head of Department (HOD) to update policies, guidelines, and establish processes in IT application security, governance, and risk management. Provide support for IT audit activities as needed.
• Manage vendors to design and implement IT systems that support Business Units and their processes, ensuring compliance with IT security, development, deployment, and change management guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, testing, and production environments.
• Implement and maintain logging, monitoring, and alerting systems.
• Ensure security and compliance across all infrastructure and software deployments.
• Oversee vendors to ensure smooth and reliable system operations, monitoring performance and availability, and addressing issues promptly.
• Support IT Helpdesk activities and manage vendors in tracking and resolving IT tickets.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks to enhance efficiency and consistency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
