Our Client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to join their dynamic HR team, gaining experience in full spectrum of HR functions including, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, Performance Management.

  1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Build a talent pipeline for critical roles in healthcare through scholarship management.
  1. Strategic HR Support
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to department heads and managers on HR-related matters, ensuring alignment with business objectives and healthcare priorities.
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to understand operational needs, staffing challenges, and long-term workforce planning.
  • Coordinate annual performance review exercises and support goal-setting processes.
  1. Employee Engagement & Relations
  • Act as a point of contact for employees to address concerns and provide HR-related guidance.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities, including wellness and team-building programs.
  • Promote a positive work culture by resolving conflicts and fostering open communication.
  1. Workforce Planning & Analytics
  • Support workforce planning by analyzing staffing needs and trends.
  • Generate HR metrics and reports to provide insights for decision-making.
  • Partner with stakeholders to implement manpower strategies aligned with hospital objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with more experience will be considered for more senior appointments.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing tools, and interviewing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and MS Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
