Tampines - Part Time Telemarketer

Candidates with a proven track record in telemarketing or sales within the digital marketing industry, exceptional communication skills, and a strong passion for digital marketing technologies would be preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to sell digital marketing solutions
• Understand and articulate our services' features, prices and benefits
• Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions
• Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication to nurture relationships and drive conversions
• Arrange meetings with clients and demonstrate how our services can meet their needs
• Keep records of calls and record useful information
• Achieve monthly sales targets and goals

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• 1 - 2 years of experience as a telemarketer or similar role is preferred
• Understanding of SEO/SEM concepts and digital marketing strategies
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively
• Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in communicating with English and Chinese customers

Job Remuneration:

• Hourly rate: SGD 13 - 18
• Commission based on sales performance

• Flexible part-time hours, min 3 days/week
