Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure systematic, efficient, and safe execution of maintenance work, while improving preventive maintenance systems to reduce costs and enhance equipment performance.
• Collaborate with the operations team to plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance to ensure smooth and safe equipment operation.
• Troubleshoot mechanical equipment issues and support fault rectification in systems and processes.
• Supervise and train technicians and staff on equipment maintenance, 5S, and TPM activities.
• Assist in project management, including documentation preparation, coordination with contractors and vendors, and managing spare parts and tools for mechanical and electrical instruments.
• Oversee the implementation of EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) measures and maintain all related documents, including SOPs, ISO documents, and MOM equipment registration.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 3 years relevant experience working in mechanical with industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge in mechanical systems design, installation, preventive maintenance inspection and planning.
• Familiarity with conveyor, pumps and rotating equipment will be a plus.
