• Guide and assist a small team, ensuring their efficiency and high performance.
• Manage financial planning, budgeting, and cost control
• Build and sustain relationships with clients, collaborators, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies and industry standards.
• Pinpoint areas for enhancement and improve operational effectiveness.

• At least 1 year of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office software.
• Understanding of financial planning, business strategy, and operational management.
• Experience in the pet-related sector is an added advantage.
