Toa Payoh - Contract Associate – 6 months contract role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Associate to assist in reviewing, organising and updating various materials. This role will ensure all materials are current, consistent and aligned with our new corporate identity.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Serve as the primary contact for general office administrative tasks
• Collect daily mails and distribute it to the relevant departments/representatives.
• Manage meeting rooms, visitor passes, and support preparations for in-office events
• Maintenance of the office facilities
• Sources for vendors in accordance with the needs of related projects, events and activities
• Supports activities and events as needed.
• Review existing forms, templates and folders to identify outdated branding elements
• Update and standardise documents to align with the new branding guidelines
• Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:

• At least a polytechnic graduate or above.
• Must be proficient in MS Office and applications
