Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Strategy: Lead the IT department in the development, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure and systems to ensure efficient, reliable operations. Drive the delivery of high-quality IT services aligned with business needs and strategic objectives.
• IT Planning and Execution: Formulate and execute IT strategies, plans, and initiatives to enhance data security, optimize organizational performance, and foster innovation. Identify and deploy cutting-edge IT solutions to improve business operations.
• Project Management: Oversee the complete lifecycle of IT projects, from planning and conceptualization to successful execution. Ensure thorough documentation, clear project timelines, and strict adherence to budgets.
• Process Improvement & Digital Transformation: Lead internal initiatives focused on enhancing operational efficiency, driving digital transformation, and optimizing workflows across the organization.
• IT Security: Develop and enforce comprehensive IT security strategies, policies, and procedures to safeguard company data and assets across headquarters and operational sites. Ensure the implementation of robust security measures and adherence to industry best practices.
• Policy Development & Compliance: Establish and enforce IT policies, including asset lifecycle management, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Design procedures to protect data and facilitate recovery in the event of a disaster.
• Industry Awareness & Recommendations: Stay abreast of emerging IT trends and technologies. Provide strategic recommendations to senior management on data protection, storage, and optimal usage to enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Asset Management: Oversee the management of IT assets and inventories, ensuring precise tracking and reporting.
• Service Management: Administer service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely, efficient responses to user requests, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Documentation & Reporting: Ensure proper documentation of IT infrastructure, software licenses, and system configurations. Maintain accurate records of software modifications and updates.
• Training and Development: Design and lead training sessions for end-users on IT systems, tools, and best practices, fostering effective technology usage across the organization.
• Ad-Hoc Projects and Tasks: Provide support for any other IT-related projects or tasks as required to meet business needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or related fields, with at least 3 years of experience in project management.
• ITIL Certification or equivalent is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of data management, network security, and governance best practices.
