Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our team, specializing in international recruitment and client servicing. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing the recruitment process for foreign hires, providing exceptional client support, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and candidates throughout the process.
The Role:
Client Support:
- Provide exceptional administrative and support services to clients throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide updates on work pass statuses.
- Assist clients in managing documentation for foreign recruitment and employment.
Work Pass Applications:
- Handle and process work pass applications for foreign hires.
- Liaise with government authorities to ensure the timely submission and approval of work pass applications.
- Ensure all documents submitted for work pass applications are accurate and compliant with the latest regulations.
- Track and monitor the status of work pass applications, following up where necessary to avoid delays.
Documentation & Compliance:
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of all work pass applications and relevant documentation.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in immigration laws and policies to ensure the team and clients remain compliant.
- To handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
General Administration:
- Assist in managing foreign recruitment workflows and coordinate with the recruitment team to streamline processes.
- Handle client-facing administrative duties and maintain communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
- Proven 1-2 years of experience in client servicing, recruitment administration, work pass applications, or a related field.
- Experience in dealing with clients and providing client support.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with work pass application systems and client servicing in a recruitment setting is an advantage.
- Possession of a CEI (Certified Employment Intermediary) certification is a plus.
