On-Site Support Engineer (Audio-visual Engineer)

Benefits Summary:

• Permanent position
• $3,000 - $4,000
• Mon - Fri (8.00am - 5.00pm) - Saturday (9.00am - 1.00pm)
• East side (Changi and Tampines) / Central and Raffles Region

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of audio-visual, video conferencing, and presentation systems
• Provide on-site technical support during internal and external meetings/events

• Conduct routine equipment checks and diagnostics
• Perform basic repairs and escalate major faults to vendors or technical teams
• Carry out scheduled room checks and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime

• Clean, store, and maintain AV and media equipment properly
• Monitor and operate AV systems during meetings (e.g., sound levels, video feeds, camera controls, streaming)

• Complete service logs, maintenance records, and incident reports accurately and on time
• Raise service tickets and follow up on faulty equipment

• Work closely with the AV/IT team to resolve issues
• Assist with first-line fault resolutions and support escalations

Additional Information:

• Diploma in Engineering (Computer, Telecommunication, or related field) or equivalent
• Proficient in English (spoken and written)

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in AV system operations, engineering, or installation
• Strong understanding of audio, video, and networking engineering fundamentals
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Proven ability to perform under pressure and manage stressful situations effectively

• Industry certifications in one or more of the following:
• Crestron, Zoom, QSC, Cisco, Shure, Poly

• Responsible, self-driven, and a self-starter
• Committed to delivering high-quality work and exceeding expectations
• Positive attitude with a strong sense of accountability and professionalism
