Job Overview:
The General Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of Tree Art International, ensuring efficiency, team coordination, and profitability. The role requires an experienced leader with at least 10 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership position.The General Manager will be responsible for managing resources, leading teams, and implementing policies and strategies in an education-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the company, ensuring efficient delivery of educational services and programs.
- Lead and mentor department heads, including curriculum development, teaching staff, and operations teams, to achieve their respective goals.
- Implement business strategies, plans, and procedures tailored to the education sector, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and goals.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, with a focus on educational program sustainability and profitability.
- Foster a positive learning and working environment, promoting collaboration and professional development among staff.
- Develop performance metrics for education programs and regularly review and report on business and educational outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with education regulations, licensing requirements, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the executive team to identify and implement growth opportunities in the education sector.
- Represent the company to external stakeholders, including clients, education partners, and government bodies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing operations in the education sector.
- Proven experience in a senior management position, with a strong understanding of business and education operations.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and resources in an educational environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities, particularly in an education setting.
- Experience in developing and implementing educational business strategies.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead diverse teams of educators and administrators
