Position: Customer Service Executive (Japanese speaking) - CK
Key Responsibilities:- Daily job attendance at the residence site for export / import packing and local moving.
- To coordinate and ensure smooth operation of our moving service.
- To provide coordination and communication between customer and packers.
- To perform pre-moving survey at residence and quotation.
- To liaise with office coordinator for shipment after pickup of cargo.
- To initiate tally sheet for the daily job in our system.
- Any ad hoc duties related to customer service and sale of our service.
- Min 3 year and above working experience in Customer service
- Proficiency in Japanese at JLPT N2 level (speaking, listening, and writing) is essential, as the role involves regular interaction with Japanese-speaking customers and clients.
