Responsibilities

Responsible on project tender and proposal
Assist and follow up on pre and post tender clarification
Preparation of tender submission documents and compile of proposal
Adhere to proposal submission by deadline
Prepare the proposal for management approval
Assist in paper work and follow up with affiliates if necessary

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Business Management or other related discipline
At least 1 year experience in project proposal or sales coordinator
Prior experience in petrochemicals and offshore field is preferred
Keen eye for exploring business opportunities
Driven, passionate about sales
Strong sales acumen
Good in establishing rapport with all levels of people
Excellent communication skill in English and Chinese, Mandarin to communicate with the Chinese/ Mandarin speaking stakeholders and vendors easily.
Negotiation skills, risk analysis skill, high level of business acumen
Possess good attitude, Proactive
Project Management skill will be advantageous
Able to work in fast-paced environment and meet tight schedules independently.
