With a focus on hospitality, we offer the chance to gain international experience while working on projects across Southeast Asia, India, the Middle East, and Africa. You’ll collaborate closely with Senior Interior Designer/Design Lead, mentor junior team members, and contribute to the development of innovative, high-quality design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• The FF&E Designer's focus will be on sourcing, production, and documentation of all FF&E Interior Design projects.
• Experience in luxury hospitality and familiarity with international operator brand standards and approval processes is required.
• International FFE experience a distinctive advantage.
• Involvement from Concept design stage till construction stage documentation, including responses to site submissions for design compliance.
• Able to work independently under the direction of project team leader.
• Quickly source imagery to assist with conceptual design narratives at project initiation.
• Communicate effectively, collaborate with the team, and take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Must be well-versed technically.
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, sanitary types and ironmongery specifications.
• Bring creativity, open-mindedness, and imagination to the role.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and written documentation.

Qualifications / Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Interior FF&E Design, with expertise in executing hospitality and/or residential projects from concept to construction documentation, especially in the technical and documentation phases.
• Advanced proficiency in SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, AutoCAD, Excel, and other design software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Leadership experience in mentoring and guiding junior designers
