Senior Testing Analyst - Cognizant

Job Summary

Experience in Warranty Management-Technology Service Contracts and Parts Management-Tech and Field Service Management-Tech is a plus. This is a hybrid role with day shifts and no travel required.

• Lead the development and execution of test plans and test cases to ensure the highest quality of software deliverables.
• Oversee the collection and analysis of test metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Provide detailed reports on test results and progress to stakeholders.
• Conduct device testing to ensure compatibility and performance across various devices.
• Utilize testing tools and frameworks to automate and streamline testing processes.
• Perform manual end-to-end business process assurance testing to validate system functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Use Rally HP ALM and Jira to manage test cases defects and project tracking.
• Apply basic programming skills to create and maintain test scripts.
• Ensure adherence to testing standards and best practices.
• Identify and document defects and work with development teams to resolve them.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior testers.

• - Must have strong experience in Test Metrics and Reporting.
• Must be proficient in using SNOW for test management.
• Must have hands-on experience with Device Testing.
• Must be skilled in various Testing Tools and Frameworks.
• Must be experienced in Manual E2E BPA.
• Must be familiar with Rally HP ALM and Jira.
• Must have basic programming knowledge.
• Nice to have experience in Warranty Management-Technology.
• Nice to have experience in Service Contracts and Parts Management-Tech.
• Nice to have experience in Field Service Management-Tech.

Certifications Required

ISTQB Certified Tester Certified Test Manager (CTM)
