Operation & Business Development Executive - Bukit Batok

Job Description & Requirements

• Process Optimization – Streamline workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Quality Control – Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
• Inventory & Supply Chain – Monitor and ensure smooth procurement, logistics, and vendor relations management.
• Performance Monitoring – Track KPIs to assess operational effectiveness.

• Market Research – Identify trends, competitor activities and customer needs.
• Sales & Partnerships – Develop new business opportunities, client relationships
• and strategic alliances.
• Revenue Growth Strategies – Work on pricing, promotions and market expansion
• plans.
• Proposal & Presentation – Prepare business proposals, pitches and contracts for
• potential clients.
• Customer Relationship Management – Maintain strong client engagement to drive
• repeat business.

Other Areas:

• Be familiar with the products, solutions and services provided by the company.
• Demonstrate how products, solutions and services work
• Create and process orders and sales in a timely manner via the CRM system
• Coordinate deliveries of products and services and provide after-sales support.
• Develop and monitor performance indicators and tracking tools.
• Undertake any ad-hoc duties assigned by management

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a marketing strategist, marketing role or similar.
• Creative thinker and data-driven.
• Proven track record of securing sales/projects and successful project management in a fast-paced environment.
• Good if has experience of hosting events, physical and virtual, to enhance brand visibility and build trust with customers towards successful sales.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Monthly Salary: $3,000 to $4,000
