Regional IT Manager (Manufacturing) - Toa Payoh

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing digitalization strategies, managing information security risks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

1. Digitalization Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive digitalization strategy for the manufacturing operations, including the adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies.
2. Information Security: Develop and implement information security policies, procedures, and controls to protect the company's information assets.
3. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate information security risks, including conducting regular risk assessments and vulnerability testing.
4. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant security regulations, frameworks, and best practices (e.g., ISO27001, OSHA, GDPR).
5. Project Management: Manage digitalization projects, including the implementation of new technologies, such as IIoT, AI, and robotics.
6. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and manufacturing, to ensure alignment and effective implementation of digitalization initiatives.
7. Budgeting: Develop and manage budgets for digitalization and information security initiatives.

1. Experience: 5+ years of experience in digitalization, information security, or a related field on the Manufacturing/Engineering side.
2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field in Engineering.
3. Skills: Have previously worked in the Manufacturing Sector as an Engineer
4. Regulations: Knowledge in compliance standards with industry regulations (e.g., OSHA, ISO standards) and data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) as applicable.
5. Knowledge: Strong knowledge of information security principles, including threat management, risk assessment, and compliance.
6. IT Systems: Prior experiences in driving the adoption of cloud computing, AI, and machine learning tools to enhance predictive maintenance, inventory management, and operational decision-making.
7. ERP: Prior involvements in SAP projects is a must.
8. Language: Mandarin is required due to the need to speak to stakeholders from within.
