We are looking for a Data Scientists within the AI & Data team in our Singapore office. This role is offered on a flexible full-time basis.
The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Senior Manager - Data Scientist who possesses a solid blend of data analytics and management skills. The incumbent will be responsible for applying data-oriented programming languages and visualization software to transform raw data into actionable insights.The role requires the application of data mining, data modeling, natural language processing, and machine learning techniques to analyze large structured and unstructured datasets.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement solutions and analytics applications for transforming raw data into meaningful information using data-oriented programming languages and visualization software.
- Apply advanced techniques such as data mining, data modeling, natural language processing, and machine learning to extract and analyze information from large structured and unstructured datasets.
- Visualize, interpret, and report data findings to stakeholders across the organization. Responsibilities may also include creating dynamic data reports.
- Lead a team of data professionals and oversee all initiatives and projects in data analytics.
- Develop, analyze, and interpret complex data sets using statistical techniques to extract insights and support business strategies.
- Implement data-driven solutions based on advanced Machine Learning and statistical models.
- Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.
- Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting and other business outcomes
- Create meaningful data reports, visualizations, dashboards, and present these to stakeholders.
- Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge in the field of Data Science and participate in professional development opportunities as required.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a similar field.
- Proven experience as a Data Scientist, or similar role.
- Knowledge of programming languages, preferably R, Python or Java.
- Proficient in using ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
- Strong experience in SQL and experience with databases.
- Adeptness in using Big Data frameworks, such as Hadoop, Spark or others.
- Solid understanding of machine learning principles, and extensive experience with predictive analytics and statistical modeling.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development.
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills
