JOB PROFILE: Project Engineer
Main functions:
The list of activities are subject to changes by management. All the above shall be carried out according to the directives and in accordance with company’s managers.- Prepare, schedule, co-ordinate and monitor assigned engineering projects.
- Studies blueprints, schematics, manuals, and other specifications to determine installation procedures.
- Installs or oversees installation of equipment according to manufacturer's specifications.
- Monitor compliance to applicable code and project specifications.
- Interact with clients and consultant to interpret their needs and requirements.
- Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule and plans) and report regularly on project status.
- Assign responsibilities and mentor project team.
- Co-operate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
- Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
