Temporary Administrative Assistant

(Possibility to convert to Permanent position upon review)
  • Answering door intercom to let Clients, Suppliers and Courier people in the office
  • Greeting and welcoming clients, showing them to meeting rooms and offering drinks.
  • Answering and transferring phone calls (We use Microsoft Teams phone)
  • Manage inbound and outbound mails and couriers.
  • Handle mail services including but not limited to daily mail processing, filing, notify clients, update database, track and update Mail option forms.
  • Organise and maintain office supply, pantry and stationery inventories
  • Preparing Letter of Engagement
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments
  • Any other ad-hoc jobs as assigned by Superior
Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Software, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Independent, motivate & responsible team player

Proper training would be given to eligible candidates. Fresh graduates are welcome.
