Multiple Location: East / West

Responsibilities:

Assist with day-to-day logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments.
Track customer orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Coordinate with customers, warehouse staff, and freight forwarders regarding shipments.
Handle picking and packing of inventory items to fulfill customer orders.
Communicate with customers to provide updates on shipment and delivery status, ensuring all orders are completed.
Monitor inventory levels, prepare inventory reports, conduct cycle counts, and address stock discrepancies.
Collaborate with both internal and external warehouse teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Complete additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

At least 1 years working experience in preparing warehouse documentations
Advanced in MS Excel, Word, SAP, WMSs warehouse admin
Good communication skills
